UBCP/ACTRA BCMPA, Article A1301 as amended by the 2025-2028 Memorandum of Agreement, item 7. Eleven hours between the end of one work day and the beginning of the next Call. Encroachment is paid at 200% of the contracted hourly rate, in tenths of an hour. A minor is twelve hours — flag them in the table.

Sources and method
The chain. Dismissal, plus travel out, plus the rest period, plus travel in, gives the earliest a performer can be called. Add their prep time and you have the earliest they can be on set, ready.
Dismissal is HMU wrap, not cast wrap. De-rig is still work. The minors clause is explicit about this — it measures from the “time of dismissal” — and the same logic applies to adults. Leave HMU wrap blank and the tool falls back to cast wrap, and says so.
Travel in and travel out are separate numbers because tomorrow may be a different location. The tool flags any performer whose two figures differ.
Two toggles set the rule. Which agreement, and whether the performer is a minor. Both can be set for the whole cast and overridden on any row, because a cast is regularly mixed.
UBCP/ACTRA is eleven hours — Article A1301 as amended by the 2025–2028 Memorandum of Agreement, item 7. A minor is twelve, measured from time of dismissal, which is why HMU wrap is the right input. A minor in the cast will often be the performer who sets the crew call, and the table marks whoever that is.
SAG-AFTRA is twelve hours, as given by a working AD. That agreement is not held here, so unlike the UBCP rules the figure has not been read out of a document — it carries no citation, and no separate figure for SAG minors has been given either. Worth confirming against your contract.
No dates. Times are military and roll forward on their own. A wrap before 0600 is read as the end of a night shoot rather than the morning before it, and the tool says when it has made that call.
Where travel sits relative to the rest period is an operational reading — the clause measures end of day to next call without spelling travel out. Putting travel outside the rest is the conservative interpretation. Confirm it with production.
