Type 700, 7a, 1930 or 7:30 PM — whatever is quickest. Past midnight the day keeps counting, so 2530 is accepted and deadlines are written back the same way.
Breaks taken
Leave blank if the meal has not happened. Each deadline runs six hours from the end of the previous break, so a missing back-in time stops the chain.

Sources and method
This is the first tool here that applies a real agreement rule rather than asking you to supply one. Everything below is transcribed from the BCCFU Master Agreement 2025–2028.
Article 6.01 — the first meal must commence within six hours of the first daily call, and each meal after that within six hours of the end of the preceding one. The first meal may not start earlier than two hours after reporting.
Article 6.03 — the first meal period is unpaid and no less than thirty minutes. The second is paid through as time worked.
Article 6.04 — the penalty scale, applied in cumulative bands: the first 0.2 of an hour carries no penalty; the next 0.3 costs $7.50 for any portion of it; the next hour accrues $2.50 per tenth; anything beyond that accrues $3.00 per tenth.
Article 4.05 — time is calculated in tenths of an hour, and any portion of a tenth is paid as a full tenth. Rounding is therefore up, and this tool rounds up.
Every penalty shows the band it fell into and the arithmetic that produced it. A figure nobody can reproduce is a figure nobody can take to payroll.
This applies one agreement. If you are working under DGC BC, UBCP/ACTRA or anything else, the intervals and the scale will differ. Those presets are not built yet, and the tool does not pretend otherwise.
