    Article Six — Meals

    If any Employee is unable to commence a meal period by the end of the sixth hour of work, the Employee shall be paid a meal penalty as per the following scale until such time as the meal period is forthcoming:

What this is not

This finds clauses. It does not interpret them, and it does not tell you which agreement covers you — that question turns into a grievance, and it is deliberately out of scope.
