A whole cast at once, laid out the way a cast time report already is: one row per performer, call through to dismissal.

The day starts at call, or at makeup and wardrobe when that is earlier. It ends at HMU wrap, because de-rig is still work. Leave HMU wrap blank and it falls back to cast wrap, and says so on the row.

BCCFU Master Agreement 2025–2028, Article 6.03 is applied: the first meal period is unpaid and comes out of the day, and the second meal is paid through as time worked — so it is reported but not deducted. That one is worth knowing, because a tool that deducts a second meal quietly costs a performer half an hour or more.

The overtime bands are yours. No agreement here sets them. Eight and four are common defaults, not a rule, and the result says so.

Travel is reported separately and never enters worked time or the bands, because agreements treat it differently — one BC agreement caps out-of-zone travel at half an hour a day and another has no cap at all.

No dates. Military time, rolling forward on its own, and extended hours are accepted — a 1:30am wrap on a long night is 2530. Meals that themselves cross midnight are handled.

Nothing is rounded. Totals are shown in hours and minutes, as decimal hours, and in tenths rounded up for timecard entry — but which increment governs, and in which direction, is set by the agreement and by payroll, not by this tool.
