Call-Sheet Checker
Check tomorrow's sheet against turnaround, meals and minors in one pass — the mistakes happen between those rules, not inside them.
Calculation last checked
Last night, and tomorrow
Cast working tomorrow
Optional. Add anyone whose turnaround you want checked — a minor especially, since their rest is measured from dismissal and is longer than the crew’s.
Result
Enter last night's wrap and tomorrow's crew call to check the sheet.
Sources and method
Every rule here is already answerable by another tool on this site. The reason this one exists is that checking a call sheet means running those lookups one after another, and the mistakes happen between them — a call that clears the crew’s turnaround and breaks a minor’s, a meal that is fine until the wrap moves, a day inside turnaround and outside the minor’s maximum.
Crew turnaround comes from the same engine as the Turnaround Calculator, working to whatever hours the production has set. Cast turnaround uses the same rules as the Cast Turnaround Clock — eleven hours for a UBCP/ACTRA performer, twelve for a minor, measured from dismissal rather than cast wrap.
BCCFU 6.01 — the first meal must commence within six hours of the first daily call, and no earlier than two hours after reporting. A meal called past six hours is already into penalty before the day has started (6.04).
BCCFU 4.06 — where the sheet gives an estimated wrap, the scheduled day is split into its overtime bands so you can see what the plan already commits to before anything overruns.
UBCP/ACTRA A2705(f) — a minor’s day has a ceiling as well as a turnaround, and the two are independent. A call can clear the rest period and still schedule a day the minor is not allowed to work.
It checks a plan. It does not decide anything. Whether an illegal call gets moved or paid through is a conversation with production. Every result names the article it used so you can take it to that conversation.
Use a role or a number for cast, not a name. Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere, and a sheet full of real names does not need to be retyped to get an answer.
